Infection Control
Infection control is an important part of any health care practice. For the safety of our patients and our staff, we observe the strictest guidelines available.
You will notice that all clinical team members wear face masks, eye protection and change their gloves between each and every patient. All instruments and hand pieces are sterilized by our special equipment for every patient.
If you have any questions at all
regarding our infection control policies, please ask any one of our team members who will be happy to answer your questions.

Our Appointment Policies
Our appointments are scheduled exclusively for each patient. We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time for scheduled appointments. If you are late, we may have to reschedule you for another appointment so that other patients are not kept waiting or we may perform part of the procedure originally scheduled. One business day is required to cancel an appointment or there is a fee that will be charged.
Most of our regular hygiene professional care appointments are pre-scheduled. This means that your next six month hygiene appointment can be scheduled while you are in the office for your current appointment. We will be sure to call you prior to the appointment date to remind you and confirm the appointment.

Dental Insurance & Financial Policies
Please bring in your insurance card for your first dental appointment. If you have any insurance changes, please be sure to bring in the updated insurance information for the front desk staff.
We ask that all treatment be paid for at the time of service with cash, cheque, credit card or debit card. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly. If a problem with your insurance arises, we ask that you call the insurance company directly, as dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company.
We will always discuss any fees with you before proceeding with any dental treatment. If you have any questions regarding dental insurance, your account, etc. please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help you.
